What are the terms and conditions of using the Applications? |

All the Applications come with Single Site License. Please click here to read the terms and conditions of using the Applications. If you however want to use the Application on multiple sites or servers, please contact us. |

Do you have a TRIAL version of your applications? |

NO we don't have trial version of our applications. However a Demo is available. Please check with your web space provider if your server meets the requirements to run the Application. |

How long will it take to install an application? |

For those familiar with Dreamweaver MX, installation should only take few minutes. Under certain circumstances, adjustments may need to be made to accommodate certain web server requirements if they differ from the norm. Please refer to the help files for further assisstance. |

What type of server-side requirements are there? |

For all the Mxmania Products generally you require:
Server running ASP (IIS5+, PWS).
Supported Email component:
CDO, CDONTS, JMail, ASPMail or ASPEmail
Supported Image components:
Supports most used server components: AspJpeg, AspImage, AspSmart, ImgWriter, AspThumb
No Upload component is required
IE 5.5+, NS 6+, Mozilla 1+ (Some features are not available in NS & Mozilla) |

How long does it take to receive my software? |
| A: |
You can now download your software immediately after purchase. Once you purchase via PayPal please do not forget to click continue. Download instructions will be sent to your provided (i.e PayPal) email adress. If you do not receive any email please check your "Spam Quarantine" folder if you have any Spam filter software installed. Otherwise please contact us immediately. |

Do you have a Refund Policy? |

Yes we offer a 100% money back refund if any one of the following conditions are confirmed:
1. The application DOES NOT install/run on a web server that meets server requirements as outlined in the product specifications.
2. The application DOES NOT perform as demonstrated in the Live Demo or Trial Versions despite the honest efforts of the Client and Mxmania support. |
