| Please carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of Mxmania products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. |
| Copyright: |
| Mxmania is the sole owner and copyright holder for any and all Applications featured on this website. All Applications are sold as single personal use items unless the requirements outlined below are met. Reselling or giving any of Mxmania Applications to any other party not outlined below is a violation of copyright law. |
| Modifications: |
Any owner of Mxmania Applications may use the Application for their own personal use on as many websites as they would like, provided they maintain ownership of each individual website. If they choose to sell any website using Mxmania Application beyond the first usage, they must first pay Mxmania 75% of the current selling price of the Applications in question. We ask that business websites and web design firms pay 75% of the selling price for any Application use beyond the first usage, either for themselves or for any of their clients. |
| Family Usage: |
| Any Application purchaser may also give copies of the Application to any family member for their own personal use. The family member receiving the Application may not however distribute the Application to any other parties. |
| Web Designer Usage: |

This does not apply to Web Templates
If you are a web designer or developer and are setting up one of our Application for a client, you do NOT have to inform your client of the Mxmania "Application Usage Agreement" and you may remove all references to Mxmania from the Application pages. Your client then owns the copyright for that website and are free to sell their site without any payments to Mxmania.
If you are using one of our Application for more than one client, a 75% Application price payment is expected for every use after the first use. You may also NOT sell Application for clients to setup themselves. If a designer sets up a website for a client and the client then wants to do their own editing after that, or work with you to edit the Application this is NOT a violation of this users agreement. |
| Posting Mxmania Code/scripts: |
| You may not post codes/scripts of Mxmania Application on any public website for clients to view. You may only display Mxmania Application in private areas of your website or on a "client" page once an Application has been custom setup for a client with your client's information and/or page text. |
| You May Not: |
| You may not resell, distribute or make multiple use of any Mxmania Application without the written consent of Mxmania.de, except for special uses outlined above. This does not apply to Web Templates. |
| Unauthorized Use: |
| You may not place any of the Mxmania Application, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Mxmania. This does not apply to setting up a promotional website or personal or corporate resume on a CD or diskette for advertising purposes. This only applies to attempting to redistribute Mxmania Application for re-use by another party. |
| Ownership: |
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of Mxmania Applications, modified or unmodified. All Application copyrights are property of Mxmania.de.
